Recently, China’s non-ferrous metals industry standards system has released four new standards for aluminum and aluminum alloys—namely YS/T 242-2025 and three others—covering specialized areas such as aluminum sheets for watch dials and decorative applications, aluminum strip and foil for aluminum-plastic composite pipes, and aluminum alloy plates for transportation. These standards will further enhance China’s standardization framework for aluminum and aluminum alloy materials and are scheduled to take effect on March 1, 2026. As a key participating organization in the drafting of these standards, YUEFENG Aluminum has once again demonstrated its technical expertise and influential role in the aluminum processing industry.
As a leading manufacturer of high-end aluminum sheet and coil products, YUEFENG Aluminum has long placed great emphasis on standardization in the non-ferrous metals sector. In recent years, the company has participated in the formulation or revision of a total of 35 national and industry standards. This involvement not only plays a vital role in regulating the market for aluminum and aluminum alloy products and driving the upgrade and transformation of general industrial aluminum sheet and coil products but also underscores YUEFENG Aluminum’s sustained commitment and deep technical foundation in shaping industry norms.
Looking ahead, YUEFENG Aluminum will continue to actively engage in the development of industry standardization systems, leveraging its extensive experience and strengthening collaborative innovation with upstream and downstream partners to jointly advance standardized, high-quality development across the sector—contributing the YueFeng Aluminum strength to the broader aluminum industry.
