The highly anticipated fully automatic vertical spraying production line successfully completed installation, commissioning, and trial production, and was officially completed and put into operation. Entering the production site, the brand-new automatic vertical spraying line is neatly arranged, completing the entire process of spraying and curing for the profiles at a uniform speed. The 7-meter-long aluminum profile workpieces are smoothly transported on the assembly line, with full automation and no human operation. The operation is efficient and orderly. Currently, it is the critical window period for the final push in the fourth quarter, and the production line's commissioning has injected strong impetus for the enterprise to maintain stable production and increase output. All frontline workers and technicians in the workshop are on duty, and each process is closely connected, operating at full capacity to produce, ensure quality, and achieve targets.

The company plans 12 modern aluminum profile production lines, and has currently built 9 of them. The annual production capacity of aluminum profiles can reach 30,000 tons.
