Yuefeng Group announced on the evening of January 18th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yuefeng Technology Group Co., Ltd., has jointly signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for Joint Innovation Laboratory" with a leading domestic new energy vehicle manufacturer. Both parties will jointly promote the research, development, production and application technology of automotive aluminum alloys.
The announcement indicates that this laboratory aims to rationally allocate the talents and resources of both parties, leverage their respective technical advantages, and promote the production and application of automotive aluminum alloy components, in order to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. The signed agreement this time is a framework agreement. Further negotiation and determination are needed for specific cooperation and project advancement.
