On September 16th, Yuefeng Group issued an announcement stating that the company plans to add a new implementing entity and location for the "Green Manufacturing Project for Automotive Lightweight Structural Components", and will extend the time when the fundraising project reaches the predetermined usable state to June 2027.
This time, Yuefeng Group plans to add "Yuefeng (HK) TRADE LIMITED" and "Yuefeng MEXICO S DE RL DE CV" as the implementing entities of the "Green Manufacturing Project for Automotive Lightweight Structural Components". Add "VIALIDAD ACCESO HUERTA 758 ENTRE BLVD. CESAR CANTU BENAVIDES Y ACCESO HUERTA C.P. 25304" as the implementation location The time for the fundraising and investment project to reach the predetermined usable state has been extended from June 2026 to June 2027. Except for the above changes, the total investment amount, construction content, the amount of raised funds invested, and the implementation methods of the fundraising projects remain unchanged.
This adjustment is aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the raised funds' utilization. In light of the actual construction situation of the project and considering the current uncertainties in global geographical factors, it has been decided to postpone the completion time of the project. This change did not affect the use of the raised funds or the investment scale. The total investment of the project remains at 347 million yuan.
