On October 25th, at the UMW Industrial Park in Selangor, Malaysia, the first phase of the photovoltaic project of Yufeng Aluminum's base in Malaysia was fully put into production, and the second phase of the new energy project was started.
The first phase of the photovoltaic aluminum frame project was planned to have an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. It has now achieved full-scale production, which is not only a sign of production capacity but also the confidence of Yufeng Aluminum to fulfill delivery commitments to global customers.
The second phase of the project focuses on aluminum components for new energy vehicles - front and rear bumper rails, floor beams, battery trays, etc. - lightweight products. It transforms Yufeng Aluminum's technical accumulation in automotive lightweighting into manufacturing capabilities for global OEMs.
The Malaysian base has a planned land area of 38 acres and a planned total investment of 620 million ringgit. It is planned to be constructed in two phases.
After the full-scale production of the first phase, Yufeng Aluminum's photovoltaic aluminum frames will directly supply to mainstream markets such as Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
