Yuefeng Aluminum Industry: Plans to build a project with an annual production capacity of 550,000 tons of high-end aluminum plates, strips and foils.

On April 10th, Yuefeng Aluminum Industry announced that the company intends to invest in the construction of a "550,000-ton annual production capacity of high-end aluminum plate, strip and foil project" in the High-tech Industrial Park of Pingzhou City. The project is expected to have a total investment of no more than 3 billion yuan. The construction entity will be the wholly-owned subsidiary, and it plans to use approximately 600 acres of land. The project will build a continuous rolling production line for aluminum plate, strip and foil, mainly producing high-end aluminum plate, strip and foil (including medium and thick plates, tank materials, etc.). The funds will come from the company's own funds and self-raised funds such as bank loans. This project does not constitute a related transaction or major asset reorganization and does not require review by the shareholders' meeting. It still needs to obtain approval or filing from government departments regarding project approval, environmental assessment, safety assessment, energy assessment, etc. Currently, the project is in the early preparatory stage and has not signed a formal investment agreement or land transfer contract.
