On June 3rd, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the list of "advanced-level" intelligent factories for 2026. Yuefeng Aluminum successfully obtained the "advanced-level" intelligent factory certification in Jiangsu Province by demonstrating outstanding achievements in the intelligent manufacturing of alumina production.
In recent years, Yuefeng Aluminum Industry has earnestly implemented the "three-in-one" work requirements of Aluminum Electricity Company. Focusing on the automation, intelligence and digitalization of equipment, it has accelerated the improvement of intelligent equipment such as online monitoring devices, advanced control systems, production execution systems and early warning systems, and has basically formed an intelligent factory system covering digital foundation, production control, safety and environmental protection, and operation decision-making. In the digital foundation aspect, a gigabit industrial Ethernet and 5G dedicated network have been constructed, and the connection of key equipment has been fully covered; in the production control aspect, a centralized control platform application has been deployed, achieving second-level data collection, online quality inspection and intelligent equipment early warning; in the safety and environmental protection aspect, AI intelligent online monitoring of violations in video surveillance, fully automatic unmanned operation of grab buckets, unmanned operation of stacker-reclaimers, continuous reduction of high-risk operation positions, full coverage of online monitoring of waste gas, and continuous reduction of the comprehensive energy consumption per unit of alumina product have been achieved; in the operation management aspect, ERP system and "Industrial Internet + Safety Production" platform application have realized intelligent data mining and decision support.
Yuefeng Aluminum Industry's intelligent factory construction has cumulatively obtained 326 authorized patents, participated in the formulation of 75 national and industry standards, and through the substitution of manual labor with automated equipment, the optimization of control by intelligent systems, and the integration of data on digital platforms, has significantly enhanced equipment reliability, operational safety, and production efficiency, providing strong support for the enterprise's digital transformation and high-quality development.
Next, Yuefeng Aluminum Industry will continue to take the "Three Integration" project as the core, relying on the implementation of the intelligent factory construction plan, and continue to strive for the status of an outstanding intelligent factory.
