On July 22nd, the production workshop of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. located in Lingang Economic Development Zone of Jiangyin City saw the official start of operation of a 4,500-ton large-scale aluminum extrusion machine.
The large-tonnage extrusion machine introduced this time will help the enterprise complete the "profile extrusion - welding forming - surface treatment" entire industrial chain, achieving full control over the entire process from aluminum material to finished products. After the project is put into production, it is expected to increase the annual production capacity of aluminum materials by 20,000 tons and the production capacity of new energy battery trays by 300,000 sets. Under full production conditions, combined with the original 50,000-ton production capacity, the enterprise's overall annual aluminum material production capacity will reach 70,000 tons, with a qualified rate of finished products approaching 100%, and it can fully meet the material requirements of its own new energy products.
