Recently, the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association released the evaluation results of high-quality projects in the nonferrous metals industry for the year 2025. Four projects invested and constructed by Yuefeng Aluminum Group were awarded as high-quality projects in the nonferrous metals industry for 2025. Among them, there were two projects of Yuefeng Aluminum, namely the pipeline-based dissolution renovation project of alumina at the Guangxi branch and the No. 1 project of Yuefeng Aluminum in Jiangsu in 2024. The winning projects have advanced design levels and excellent construction quality, and all are high-quality projects completed in the nonferrous metals industry in the past two years.
The pipeline-based dissolution renovation project of the first and second phases of alumina for Yufeng Aluminum Guangxi Branch is a core technical transformation project that implements the "dual carbon" strategy, promotes the iterative upgrading of production processes, and realizes the transformation of production towards greenness, low-carbonization, and efficiency. After its operation, the dissolution rate of bauxite and the comprehensive utilization rate of raw materials have significantly improved, production energy consumption has been greatly reduced, and the stability of the production line operation and the level of intelligent control have been comprehensively enhanced, achieving multiple goals such as quality improvement, efficiency increase, and cost reduction.
