Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Department of Finance jointly announced the 2025 provincial special fund allocation for high-quality manufacturing development. The approved project—focused on upgrading and retrofitting key energy-consuming equipment—is a critical initiative by Yunnan Aluminum Foil (a subsidiary within the Yuefeng Group) to fulfill China’s “dual carbon” goals (carbon peak and carbon neutrality). With a total investment of RMB 18.53 million, the project prioritizes energy efficiency and green transformation. Through iterative upgrades and technical optimization of core production equipment, it has significantly reduced energy consumption while markedly improving production efficiency. According to the company’s energy performance data, energy costs have decreased by 6% year-on-year following project implementation, establishing a virtuous cycle between cost reduction, efficiency gains, and sustainable development—demonstrating Yuefeng’s technological leadership and corporate responsibility in green manufacturing.
