The Eurasian Economic Union has initiated a sunset review investigation into Chinese aluminum kitchenware products.

On May 29, 2026, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Announcement No. 2026/485/AD32R1, stating that in response to an application from producers of the Eurasian Economic Union, based on the Commission's Resolution No. 5 of 2026, a first sunset review investigation on anti-dumping measures for heatable aluminum kitchenware (Russian: алюминиевая посуда) originating from China was initiated. The Eurasian Economic Union tariff codes of the involved products are 7615 10 100 0, 7615 10 800 9, 7616 99 100 8 and 7616 99 900 8.
On June 29, 2020, the Eurasian Economic Union initiated an anti-dumping investigation into heated aluminum kitchenware products originating from China. On August 26, 2021, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued a notice, based on the Commission's Resolution No. 107 of August 24, 2021, and starting from September 25, 2021, it officially imposed anti-dumping duties on the involved Chinese products. The duty rate is 21.89%, and the validity period is five years.
