On August 26, 2026, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Announcement No. 2026/505/AD32R1, based on the resolution of the Commission dated August 25, 2026, and extended the anti-dumping measures for aluminum cookware (Russian: алюминиевая посуда) originating from China until May 28, 2027 (inclusive).
On June 29, 2020, the Eurasian Economic Union initiated an anti-dumping investigation into aluminum cookware that can be heated from China. On August 26, 2021, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued an announcement, based on the resolution of the Commission dated August 24, 2021, and officially imposed anti-dumping duties on the involved products from China starting from September 25, 2021, with a duty rate of 21.89% and a validity period of five years. On May 29, 2026, the Eurasian Economic Union initiated the first sunset review investigation for this case, and the Eurasian Economic Union tariff codes for the involved products are 7615 10 100 0, 7615 10 800 9, 7616 99 100 8, and 7616 99 900 8.
