Thailand initiates a new exportor review investigation into anti-dumping measures against Chinese aluminum extrusion products

On August 19, 2026, the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand announced that, upon the application of the Chinese exporter/producer Guangdong Shengyu Xingda Aluminum Profile Co., Ltd., an anti-dumping review investigation on aluminum extrusion products (Thai language: ผลิตภัณฑ์อะลูมิเนียมอัดขึ้นรูป) originating from China was initiated. As of the date of this announcement, the Guangdong Shengyu Xingda Aluminum Profile Co., Ltd. will be subject to a 21.94% anti-dumping deposit at the cost and freight (CIF) price, with the longest duration being one year or until the final ruling of this review is made.
On July 16, 2024, the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand announced that, upon the application of domestic enterprises in Thailand, an anti-dumping investigation on aluminum extrusion products originating from China was initiated. On November 24, 2025, the Anti-Dumping and Anti-Subsidy Committee of Thailand announced a positive final ruling on anti-dumping against aluminum extrusion products originating from China, determining to impose an anti-dumping duty of 5.12% - 21.94% at the cost and freight price. The validity period is five years. The Thai customs codes of the involved products are 7604.10.10.000, 7604.10.90.000, 7604.21.90.000, 7604.29.10.000, 7604.29.90.001, 7604.29.90.090, 7610.10.10.000, and 7610.10.90.000.
